Class Offers & Pricing

Promotional offers, such as free Discovery Classes or introductory pricing, are subject to change or discontinuation at any time and may be limited to new students. Class schedules are current at the time of publishing but may change; contact us to confirm before your visit.

Assumption of Risk

Martial arts training, including Kung Fu San Soo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, involves physical activity and inherently carries a risk of injury. By participating in classes, seminars, or any training offered by El Paso Kung Fu, you (or your child's parent or legal guardian) acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with this physical activity, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries. El Paso Kung Fu takes reasonable precautions to maintain a safe training environment, but cannot guarantee against injury. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning training, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

A separate liability waiver is required in person before your first class.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, El Paso Kung Fu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in our programs.
